What is considered fulfillment of contract?

The birth of a live baby after 24 weeks following the embryo transfer.

How long is the agreement to undergo all cycles?

24 months for IVF and 36 months for Donor Egg IVF.

Can we use are insurance for some of the procedures in the program?

The contract is void of all insurance involvement, no claims will be submitted.

If we have ART coverage, can we waive our coverage and go into Pregnancy Guarantee™?

If any patients have ART coverage for IVF or donor Egg IVF, they are not allowed to participate in program.

If we want to discontinue after 1 IVF cycle, do we receive a full refund?

A penalty fee of a full IVF/ICSI cycle will be assessed from basic fee, for each fresh cycle start.

Is there an age limit?

No one over the age of 38 can participate, however other programs may be available.

Is PGD allowed in Pregnancy Guarantee™?

No.

Are there tests required for Pregnancy Guarantee™?

The same evaluation and screening used in prep for IVF, Female Fsh levels, hys Male Semen testing.
