Fairfax Cryobank is one of the world's largest sperm banks, providing high-quality donor sperm since 1986 and now selling to patients and clinics in more than 50 countries. We perform the most extensive genetic and infectious disease testing of all sperm banks. Fewer than 1% of applicants make it through our screening process to become sperm donors. With one of the largest inventories of cryopreserved reproductive specimens in the world, we have extensive expertise both in freezing sperm and in storing and safely transporting frozen sperm, eggs and embryos across the United States and around the world.
Fairfax EggBank and GIVF have provided patients with donor eggs since 1988. Today, our extensive network of IVF clinic partners provides us with the ability to recruit and retrieve donors nationwide. While we accept fewer than 1% of applicants into our egg donor program, our donor database offers one of the largest and most diverse selection of immediately available frozen donor eggs in the United States.

Fairfax Diagnostics is one of the few labs in the world that can use PGT-M to test for both linked markers and genetic mutations. MicroSort, developed by GIVF in 1995, is a scientifically proven preconception process that improves the chances that a baby conceived using In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) or Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) will be of the parents' desired sex. Using a proprietary sperm separation method based on the difference in the amount of genetic material in sperm, we can produce a sample containing significantly increased percentages of sperm that carry the desired (X or Y) chromosome. MicroSort is currently available in six countries.
GIVF, in partnership with the prestigious Fudan University Ob/Gyn Hospital (the Red House Hospital), founded the Shanghai Ji Ai Genetics & IVF Institute in 1998 in Shanghai, China. Shanghai Ji Ai is now one of the largest fertility programs in China, providing assisted reproductive and prenatal genetics care to patients from across China and around the world. Shanghai Ji Ai has achieved more than 35,000 births.
